Warm Springs Homes for Sale

Warm Springs Avenue is both a street and a neighborhood, stretching for about seven miles and featuring around 400 homes. It begins at Broadway Avenue just east of Downtown Boise and continues through the Warm Springs Historic District, Idaho Botanical Garden, and into the Boise Foothills, including the communities of El Paseo and Warm Springs Mesa before ending at Barber Valley. The foothills are just to the north, while the Boise River is just south. It’s renowned for its easy access to outdoor activities like cycling, kayaking, fishing, and floating, many area residents coming to float the river during the warmer months of the year. The avenue also has some significant historic sites. The restored Trolley House restaurant is on the National Register of Historic Places, located at the spot that was the end of the line for streets that stopped running in 1920. Just a few miles from the west end is Downtown, an easy pedal away with its local restaurants, shops, and galleries.
